My parents let my brother !

He's a good brother and i love him but he has the most disgusting habbits.

The one i can not tolerate is him playing with himself. It's not just occasionally either - it's a constant thing. He's always got his hands shoved down his pants and i hate it. He walks about like it's normal. Wehther he's standing up or sitting down, his hand is down his pants. Gaurenteed. He's got no shame whatsoever ! He even sleeps holding himself. I hate it and my parents do nothing to stop him. It disgust me. He doesn't even wash his hands. He squirts cream from the can straight into his mouth an eats cereal from the box - How unhygenic is that ? Why can't he leave it alone for 5 minutes ? I wonder if he does that at work. I don't want him hugging me or touching any of my things when he's been doing that. I try not to look but he will just walk into my room and sit on my bed.

thats disqusting! how the h**l can your parents let him be like this! you need to just tell them its not right and its affending you, failing that tell him also to his face! he 20 earr it makes me feel sick just thinking about what you have to go through,

also on the lock thing! just go to your local diy store get one and put it on yourself! id freak if my brother did that and kept coming in my room at night! kick him out!!!

Why don't you stick a sign on your bedroom door that says

NO HANDS IN PANTS WHEN IN MY ROOM.

That way you don't have to actually say anything but can get your message across. And then if your parents mention it they are the ones that brought it up. and if he still does it in your room just say to him "Please leave!" and show him the sign.

Or perhaps write him a letter telling him how you feel about it.

Perhaps he does it so much because he doesn't realise how much he's doing it or thinks no-one else notices.

Wow if he is 20 he has a major issue here. Can you talk to just your mom about it. Or even a relative that you trust. Does he do this around other people or just you and your parents. Next time just say "unless you take your hand out of your pants, I'd rather you not come in my room". You should not have to put up with this! It is a form of abuse in a way and very disturbing to say the least. Is his hand doing things or just in his pants? A little gross but is he really masturbating or is it just a habit, gross either way still.

Well you could just say it jokingly like "get your hands out of your pants and I'll answer you" and then laugh and see how it goes. But if you are not willing to say anything it will never stop. Or say "hey its not going to fall off if your not holding it" or something like that. If you say it as a joke he may laugh but get the hint. Either way it is not healthy for him or those around him. And I agree go get your own lock you can get them at any hardware or discount (wal-mart) type stores. If anyone says anything just say I want my privacy and no one seems to knock.

tell him exactly what you think of him and do it in front of your parents. he has some serious issues if he thinks this is okay, and your parents need to take a stand. I really don't know what to do, other than to mention it, LOUDLY in front of everyone...well family and friends anyhow, not strangers :P.

omgoodness he's twenty years old and does this?! talk to him that is the BEST advice I can give you.. you need to have a family meeting and discuss how uncomfortable this makes you. wish you the best of luck!
