So my dad does a lot of weight training, so I asked him where I should go to exercise, and what types I should do, and how I should eat healthy etc. It seemed like an innocent question. But he told my mom and the next day they're all over me asking why I'm exercising and what brought it all up and telling me that I'm fine the way i am, blablabla. How can I convince them that just because I'm doing this, doesn't mean I'm some crazed insecure teenager that's going to resort to crash dieting?
PS..if you have any advice as to where i can do weights/work out without going to a gym filled with adults let me know thankss :)
