That is wrong they should be shut down I live real close to dallas so it is upsetting to think this can happen in my own backyard to say. People should not be neglectful when it comes to caring for a child they should be arrested and the owners should have to pay the parents a large amount of money though that will never cure the pain that this has caused them

What on earth is wrong with people!!! You hear so many stories like these every day! Its terrible. I think they should find who left that baby and leave them in a van like they did that baby!

Shut it down.  No one in their right mind will continue sending their kids there anyway -  I can't imagine how this could happen.  What in the h**l is the matter with people?

om my GOD i cant stop crying that is HORRIBLE they should put those daycare provides in a van for 6 hours!!! i feel SOOO sorry for those parents!!!!

That is so sad. I feel empathy for the family. I believe that they should shut down the daycare. I believe that after so many violations back to back should have been gave who-ever a reason to shut them down.

That absolutely grieves my heart to read that.  I think the Day Care center should be charged with neglectful death.  I don't see how you can forget a child is in the van.  I don't see how anyone could forget their child or anyone else's.  It's a careless, preventable death.  The family must be heart broken.  I will certainly pray for them.

Carrie, I think I'd only trust you to provide day care for my children.

It is horrible!!!!  I think that the day care center needs to be shut down and fined.  The man who left her in the van needs to be charged with murder.  I'm a mother of two and have never forgotten my children anywhere and when I pay someone to watch them I expect them to not forget them either.

It's terrible but what's worse is their inspection record.  The article said that they had problems in 7 out of 7 inspections.  Why was this daycare allowed to stay open in this condition?  I understand that they're given a chance to correct issues but when you've got problems this many times, something should have been done.

There's no way anyone would bring their child to this daycare now, and if the other parents didn't pull their kid out I'd be really surprised.  And to those who are going to say "that's why I don't put my kid in daycare", not all daycares are neglectful you know.
