Parents.....any suggestions on books for discipline.

All you need to do is set rules and boundaries and to be consistent with the discipline.  The same way every single time.  You should have started when the 8 year old was 10 months old.

"1 2 3 Magic" it's a great book but I forgot who the author is... google it.

Try "Have A New Kid by Friday" by Dr. Kevin Leman it works wonders.

"1-2-3 Magic" teaches that kids don't need to listen to you the first time.  It teaches them they can get several chances.

Love & Logic is a really nice method for discipline and it works!
