Parents brothers and sisters?

My family never knocks on my door and they end up walking in on me when I am changing or something it gets really embarressing.. What should I do?

what i did was took the bathroom doorknob and put it on my door since it has a lock. now there isn't a lock for our bathroom and hasn't been for a long time lol :P

close your door and out a please knock first sign. Where are their manners really I mean sure your parnets have ths right to walk in but they should still knock . I would say could you guys knock frist I might be changing or something. The only time i don't knock is when door is open it is common courtsey to knock if a door si shut

Tell then that you would like them to knock first. Communication is key!

Assuming that you don't have a lock on your door, there are a few other things you can do.

1. Put a sign on the door in attention grabbing lettering that says "Please Knock".

2. Barricade the door. For example, put something heavy and portable right next to the door opening so it will stop the door from opening.

3. If someone manages to get in for whatever reason, assert them that they need to knock first.

Tell them to knock first !!  And like the other person said, if they dont remember, just put a sign on your door.

Stick a sign on your door that says KNOCK. Then at dinner or something, ask really nicely if everyone can knock before they enter - or you can talk to your mom and dad about it
