  1. 2 weeks. Go to your local social security office with a copy of your birth certificate (and a parent) and they'll mail you a new one to your home.

  2. 7-10 business days but you can use the paper they give you that you have filed for a new one so it's not like you can take test pass it right away and get the driving test all in one day.....all this may take time depending on your location.

  3. It will take a few weeks. This site will help you get a new one.

  4. The Social Security Administration does not provide estimates on the length of time needed to get a replacement card. Here is their page with questions and answers about replacing a lost card.

  5. 2 weeks by mail.

Good luck on your test! Be careful!
