  1. my son goes to bed about 9 and gets up at around 6:30- 7 so about 10 hrs

    hope that helped

  2. His bed time is between 8 and 9, somenights we have family dinners at the inlaws so its closer to 9.  He gets up between 8 and 830 in the morning.  Weekends hes allowed to stay up a little later, but he sleeps in to.  If i put him to bed earlier he will not fall asleep.  He attends full day kindergarten.

  3. Got 4 that are ages 7, 6, 5 and 3.  They go to bed around 7o'clock and are usually asleep by 8.  They wake up at 7, so I would say between 11 and 12 hours a sleep.  This is usually their schedule all week and it's nice because after kids are in bed it gives my husband and I some time to spend with each other.

  4. my kids are 5 & 6 and they get 10 hrs.

  5. About 8-9 hours...It depends on the day reallyy...my oldests have little siblings that keep them up so sometimes its around 6 hours which i hate!! Because they are moody the next day!

  6. Around 10 to 10 1/2hrs depending on weather I can get him to go to sleep at his regular time or not. There are nights where he just isn't tired and wants to stay up,so I'll put a movie in his little DVD for him while he is laying in bed and he usually zonks out before its even over. Hes soon to be 6.

  7. well its my little sister and she gets 8-9 hrs of sleep

  8. My boys are 5 and 7.  They both go to bed between 7:30 and 8:00 and wake up between 6:00 and 6:30.  The 5 year old will often sleep later than that on the weekends.  Hope that helps!

  9. Approximately 10

  10. 11 to 12. He is 6.

  11. 10 hrs he is 8yrs old.he naturally sleeps for the same amount on weekends also even after staying up later.

  12. 10 hours. My 6 yr old goes to bed at 8pm and gets up at 6am.

  13. 10-11.  My son goes to bed at 9, and he is usually awake by 7 or 8 in the morning.  But he goes to afternoon pre-K, so we don't have to worry about him being out the door early in the morning.

  14. Doctors say 10 hours of sleep is needed but I have always found it hard to manage that. They have to wake up at 6am to get ready for school. To get 10 hours of sleep they would have to be in bed and fast asleep at 8pm. Usually I send my kids to bed at 8:30 and they are all asleep by at least 9pm.

So on school nights they get 9 - 9 1/2 hours of sleep.

  15. 9-10 and a half hours of sleep

  16. about 9 hours

  17. My girls go to bed at 8pm and we are up at 6AM school starts at 7:30AM.  We allow them to sleep in on Saturdays (really becasue WE want to!!)  but they rarely ever do!

  18. around 10 hrs, he goes to sleep at around 9pm and wakes up at 7am, hes 5

  19. 11 - 11 1/2  Bed at 7:30 (although they don't probably go to sleep then) and up around 7am

  20. About nine.

  21. My 7 year old...sleeps from 8 at night till 6 in the morning!
