The workshops would have to fall under three broad categories: 1) Active Lifestyle 2) Nutrition 3) Safety and Awareness

I appreciate any input. Thanks

  1. They have something call early childhood family development at least in my area. Ive never been to it before ( we are starting this year) Its free for lower income families other wise its between 10-25 dollars per class. It goes by ages and they offer sibling baby sitting for 5 dollars an hour. Its an option if its available in your area.

  2. I wish there were free infant/parents swimming classes.  I can't afford to pay $50 a month to go swimming and learning how to teach my boy how to swim.

  3. I think safety and awareness would be most useful. There's probably a lot you could teach about what to do in certain situations. Right now my daughter is 3. I think those swimming survival classes for babies, where they teach them to roll over on their backs, would be good. Granted, I live in Texas, where little kids seem to drown in backyard swimming pools. (Or, conversely, you could teach parents how not to be morons and install gates around pools, but I digress.)
