Question

I have got a new phone and been using it. But now my step dad has decided to take the sim card out of my old phone ( people are still talking to me on this 1 that dont have my new number) and he has lost it! i am really annoyed. Should i be or am i just over reaccting, I personally dont think he had any right to take my phone and take the sim card out. What do you think?

If he did then he has every right really, come on now, you have a new phone to be grateful for, text those people your new number end of.

I TAKE MY 14 YEAR OLD DAUGTHER'S PHONE WHEN SHE DISRESPECTS ME 4 1 WEEK OR WHEN SHE STARTS RESPECTING ME I GIVE IT BACK,SHE LEARNS HER LESSON.

I'd be angry too, but I think I would get over it, as I have a brand new phone!! You can always try and get the old numbers off your friends again. If not try to ask your friends who are friends with them! You step dad should have probably asked you to borrow your phone first, but he might've assumed that you were "done with it"?!

Did he have a reason to take your phone? if not he shouldn't have i know how youu feel i hate it when my parents take my phone...so no your noy over reacting you shoul sit down and talk to him calmy and ask him what the h**l he thinks he was doing

Did you buy the phone with your own money and pay for the bill yourself or minutes? If not well then YES he does have the right to take it if he wants!!

I think if he's paying for it...you have no rights...he's given you a priviledge (not a right)...as long as you behave...he allows it. But if you don't deserve it or misuse it...it goes away. Until you are old enough to afford things on your own...you have the right to remain silent...lol Take Care
