  1. Yes they should.... I could go into a long story about my moms friend who is allowing her mentally ill pretty much brain dead child to suffer or let him suffer for 19 years... But I'm not going to because there is no point.  It's her and their choice to do as they wish with their children

I personally don't believe in spankings but I don't disagree ... And same thing goes for this... It's none of my usiness what they believe or want to do so even if I think they should be tortured for allowing their children to suffer it's their beliefs and their choice and I stay out of it as long as they stay out of my choice to treat my children.

  2. that is a difficult one. Some believe there kids will not get into heaven if they have certain interventions. As a parent they could not live with that. But at the same time a child should not have to die if they could have got medical help. Thankful I am not in that position to have to make the decision

  3. they arnt parents, there self centered b*****ds, they shouldnt be allowed children,

  4. Parents who deny their kids medical treatment are not their parents !!! for whatever reasons

  5. yes i agree with you. its ridiculous.

  6. If they die murder,if the refuse treatment abuse.

parents can decide for them selves if they accept treatment for them selves but as for a child, they have no rights there parents decide for them, which is so wrong

  7. I just answered a question like this the other day.

Yes, they should.  There is no religion that doesn't allow for medical care.  There are cults, however, that don't allow for medical care.  Cults are not religions.

Here is a list of the top 10 cults in America...

Religions don't put stipulations on any sort of medical treatments, ever.

  8. i agree, it's insane

  9. If there is something in someones life that would mean more to them then their own children, in my opinion they should never even consider having children.

  10. murder requires intent - they do not intend to harm their children.  But I agree with Neo above - it is a form of negligence so the local child authority should be able to intervene on behalf of the child to enforce medical supplies are administered.  Or there should be a law in place that whenever the life of a child is at risk, medical authorities act accordingly to save it, irrespective of parents wishes, except in the case of resuscitation orders etc.

  11. Since withholding medical treatment can cause permanent and severe (future) medical problems to the child, the parents should be temporarily relieved of their parental jurisdiction. Charging them with murder or abuse after the fact is useless and may not work, because then a judge may indeed accept a religious scruples defense. Fortunately it will be too late then, if the medical procedure took place anyhow.

  12. The hospital should get an attorney to get a judge to get a qualified doctor to make the decisions in place of the parents

  13. Yep... no doubt about it.
