Parents with children in child care programs, I have a few questions?

If you have or recently have had your kids in childcare, I would appreciate it if you could answer a few questions. I am supposed to ask these questions for an assignment and I don't know anyone with children in child care. Short answers are great! Thanks to anyone who can help me!

How does the program currently reflect the culture of your family?

Are there photos of their child and/or their family in the classroom?

Are there other things you would like to have included in the classroom that aren't currently?

What type of information is important to you about the classroom?

How do you want to be notified of the programs philosophy, activities etc.?

What type of information would you like to have posted on the parent board?

Is there a place for them in the center or classroom to gather, exchange information, etc.?

2. yes, My daycare makes it a piority to have pictures of children and their family posted.

3. No, They have everything that is needed and more

4. Daily activities, how my child is doing, goals to achieve

5. as soon as possible

6. we don't have one

7. We have folders placed for each child and if we want to inform another parent of anything we place it in their folder
