Isn't Paris known as the city of lights or something? Or is it something else or is there nothing?

Many people call it the most romantic city in the world. Its also one of the fashion capitals of the world.....and definitely the best place for some good cheese and wine.

a lot of lights by night ,sure but also wanting to be a light for the arts ,the philosophie ,and some others spirit productions
