How can I become a PBN dancer? do i need to take alot of dance classes? and my cousin wants to know how she can be a hair/make up artist or fashion design for Paris by Night? can anyone tell us what they know. thanks

Your best bet is to talk to people who are already PBN Dancers and makeup artists.  When you ask people about what they do, they are often flattered and won't mind answering your questions.
