What are some places that i could visit durring the 2013 Olympics???

Well its actually in 2012...you would be too late in 2013~!!!

Paris is great and less than an hrs flight from London. It has heaps to offer.

I loved some other parts of France too...central France around the towns of Figiac and Cahors is amamzing!!!! Stunning little towns called St Cirq lapopie, Autoire, Rocamadour, St Cere...all amazing.

England has some cool places, but it depends on what you want to do!!! Give some things that you like....sun, sea, surf, cities, sightseeing, travelling, based in 1 place etc etc etc

I have been to Ireland, England, Italy, Germany, France, Switzerland and The Netherlands.  I would not recommend visiting Ireland especially durring the olympics.  Most people there are very competitive and very cocky and they think Ireland is the best thing to hit earth since water.  Most of the people we encountered there had nothing to talk about but how europe won the Rider Cup and Kicked America's ***  once they found out we were American.  England was amazing but expensive, tons of beautiful buildings and art to see, if you go be sure to check out The London Dungeon, and Germany was the best place I have every visited, the people there were so hospitable and most everyone spoke english.  I would highly recommend going to the south of Germany near the Black Forest, you can go to the top of one of the highest mountains and see all the way to the alps it's incredble.  There are tons of cheap flights under 60 euro throughout europe through Ryan Air and Easy Jet.

How long do you have? There are several countries that you can visit. For instance, Italy is another beautiful country and so is Spain. If you want to go any closer, Scotland or Ireland can be fun to explore history.
