Paris Hilton into Motorcycles – Wow to the speedway!
The American socialite and the Hilton Hotel heiress shall now be turning the motorcycling world to a subtle shade of pink with the hot launch of her own team in the MotoGP 125cc championship circuits.
Hilton is no stranger to the fast lane and is now in the heat with her new deal to brand her own MotoGP racing team. This indeed is one of the most unusual brand sponsorships for Hilton Inc.
In a press conference in Madrid, Spain last weekend, Paris Hilton with her boyfriend Cy Waits announced “SuperMartxe VIP by Paris Hilton.” For most of the people who are into partying, this would be the same name as to refer to a dance party in Ibiza, but
it’s not. In actual, Miss Hilton has now launched her very own Motorcycle racing team which would indeed be fast and furious aiming to her own charm in the spot-light.
The name of her team refers to the same Ibiza-based dance-party series to which Hilton has been associated with since the year 2009.
This is indeed serious business but aptly, the primary colours of the bike run pink, white and blue. This is Paris’s newest and most exquisite of business ventures. It was not only the news that caught the attention, but also her provocative racing outfit,
the low-cut skin-tight pink and white racing leathers with rhinestone details posing on one of the race bikes at the conference.
"The prospect of being involved really excited her to the point that she became one of the team owners, in addition to lending her image," the spokesman explained to the reporters when asked how unlikely it is pairing of Paris Hilton and the Barcelona-based
team By Queroseno Racing (BQR). In the beginning, for the record, Hilton was approached by the team to gauge her interest in lending her image to the proposed team.
Her frills of some pretty s**y leather apparel were thrown in support of her new motorcycle racing team. The heiress is “obligated by contract,” and not to mention her own interest in the sport, to attend as many races at the MotoGP 2011 season with a minimum
of five races at hand for this season and also shall be governing her presence for the races over the next five years.
Hilton tweeted via Twitter in quite a lot passion, “I’m so proud of my new motorcycle team. So exciting! What do you think of my motorcycle outfit? I feel like Motorcycle Barbie.”
Of course this get-up seems as if she herself is ready to ride and compete but that’s not impound to happen as such, in fact her team riders include Sergio Gadea, Maverick Vinales and Ricard Jove, who shall be competing in the MotoGP 125cc category for the
next two years.
Keeping in view that Paris has the remotest idea about racing in her spot-light so far, it’s not keen that she be doing this out of passion; but no word is out yet how much money Paris has got to be part of this initiative.
Hilton will be scouting for other drivers in partnership with BQR. This is not the first time a celebrity has taken interest in motor sports, Paris if following in the footsteps of another Hollywood celebrity, Antonio Banderas linked with the Jack & Jones
team in Moto2 last season. However, that team only lasted one season and would not be competing in the 2011.
This new venture will add to her ever-expanding hodgepodge of perfumes, accessories and reality shows so now all the best top the SuperMartxe VIP and to the 29-year-old celebrity Paris Hilton as the season 2011 shall certainly have an edge to look up to.
