Paris - Montparnasse area - Brassarie / Bistro recommendations?

Going to Paris tommorrow for a couple of nights. Has anyone got any Brassarie or Bistro recommendations that wont break the bank?

Well, Montparnasse has a lot to choose from, especially along and around Boulevard Montparnasse.  One of the places I like to hang out sometimes is L'Atelier, east of the Tour Montparnasse.  Prices are reasonable (for Paris) and there is nice people watching along the street.

For places that are a bit more reasonable, try one of the side streets off of Boulevard Montparnasse.

Trust me I grew up in Paris until I was 12

Its not called the most expensive city in the world for nothing!!!

You have to see:

Le boulevard blanc

Le Louvre

Le Tour Eifel

Un Arc de Triomphe

Notre Dame

Ive got a great story about the Arc De Triomphe.

Its a 6 lane roundabout and because people have so many car accidents on it there is a yellow line around it. If you are inside the yellow line your insurance is void.
