A few days back, AC Milan striker http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alexandre-Pato-c4901 seemingly snubbed a move to Paris Saint-Germain. However, it now seems that the Brazilian could leave San Siro this January with PSG looking to step up their efforts in order to bring the striker to
Parc des Princes.
Since the start of the winter transfer window, Paris Saint-Germain have been linked with a host of players. However, newly-appointed coach, Carlo Ancelotti has already made it clear that he will be signing only those players with who he has worked before.
Italian Serie A giants, AC Milan striker, Alexandre Pato has been constantly linked with a move away from San Siro following his reported falling out with manager Massimiliano Allegri. That gave PSG an opportunity to make a bid for the striker.
Pato also claimed of his openness towards a move to Parc des Princes. Ancelotti, having managed the youngster during his time as AC Milan manager, wants to be reunited with the player.
Earlier on, PSG offered AC Milan 22 million Euros for the services of the 22-year-old. However, AC Milan rejected the proposal.
Italian sports daily, Gazzetta dello Sport now claims that PSG are not disappointed at being snubbed by AC Milan and are willing to offer a new proposal to the reigning Italian champions.
Reports claim that PSG are now looking to make an offer in the region of 28 million Euros plus bonuses for the signature of Pato – a point at which AC Milan would be willing to initiate a dialogue with their French counterparts.
Milan chief, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Adriano-c3773 Galliani is hoping to receive a cheque of at least 45 million Euros from the sale of Pato. However, the Milanese side would also be satisfied with an offer of 40 million Euros.
Another positive for PSG is that Pato’s girlfriend, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barbara-c7295 Berlusconi, daughter of Milan owner and former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, is willing to move to Paris which means that PSG might be able to prize away Pato from the San Siro.
Furthermore, with Milan keen on signing http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Carlos-c8346 Tevez from Manchester City, a possible sale of Pato would put them in pole position for the race for the signature of the Argentine international.
