Paris Saint-Germain speed up efforts to sign Adel Taarabt from Queens Park Rangers – Ligue 1 news
According to reports in French media, ambitious Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain are considering speeding up their efforts to sign highly-rated Moroccan Adel Taarabt.
The 21-year-old was initially linked to a move to the Parc des Princes a few days ago in British newspapers. The player himself has said that he would consider a move away from the Loftus Road if a good offer arrives.
A few weeks ago, while talking to the media, Taarabt said, “I don’t know if I will play for Queens Park http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rangers-c40314 in the English Premier League next season. I am hoping to do that (play in the Premier League) with another club.”
The 21-year-old is keen on moving on towards a new challenge in his football career and if rumours are true, the youngster could be heading for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899 this summer with Paris Saint-Germain the most likely destination.
According to Paris-based magazine, Le Parisien, Adel Taarabt was already in the list of players the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Qatar-c2986 Investment Authority is looking to sign this summer. The daily magazine further suggests that the player and his agent might have already met with the
PSG direction in order to listen to the club’s proposal.
The Moroccan international is also believed to be attracting interest from English Premier League sides. Manchester United, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Everton-c39043 and Newcastle United are believed to be chasing the highly-rated midfielder’s signature.

The youngster scored 19 goals and provided 16 assists as the Hoops finished first in the Championship to gain an automatic qualification

QPR are reportedly desperate to keep hold of their prized asset who they signed from Tottenham on a permanent basis in the 2009/2010 season. However, with Paris Saint-Germain looking equally desperate to sign the player, the Hoops might be forced to let
go of the player who is also keen on making a move away from Loftus Road.
Though it is still not clear where the influential midfielder would be going to this summer, the youngster is sure to be part of a tug-of-war between two or three clubs as they look to sign the highly-rated midfielder.
