While talking to Le Journal http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Du-c11689 Dimanche, Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Leonardo defended his ambitions at Parc des Princes and spoke about this winter’s transfer activity
The winter transfer window ended with Paris Saint-Germain signing four new players which included http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 Milan.
While talking to Le Journal du Dimanche, Sporting Director, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Leonardo-c22056 spoke about the club’s reasons behind brining new players in the January transfer window. The Brazilian said that he had opportunities to bring more players to the Parc des Princes but
he wanted to make only a few adjustments to the current squad. The former Inter Milan manager said that he wanted to bring experience to the squad that could prove to be important in the final stages of the Championnat.

However, Leonardo is satisfied with the performances of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Kevin-Gameiro-c20721 who has scored 9 goals so far this campaign. The Brazilian feels that if Gameiro ends the season with 18 goals, it would be a great achievement.
Many people and players have said that they are not attracted by a move to PSG as the Ligue 1 is not as bid as the other leagues. However, Leonardo feels that the club would attract new players when they play in the UEFA Champions League.

“There are six teams capable of winning the Champions League today. Become the seventh, it won’t hurt. We are not there but it is the idea,” said Leonardo who is keen on making Paris the next big thing in European football.
