  1. My advice would be to fly to Charles de Gaulle (CDG) you can fly from Glasgow (GLA) with Easy jet, take a look at their website http://www.easyjet.com/en/book/index.asp flights for May 2008 won’t be available until 28th March 2008 though. By flying to CDG you get a more direct journey to the park and hopefully can save you money on transfers.

From CDG airport you can take the VEA Disneyland shuttle bus to any of the Disneyland resort hotels (excluding Davy Crockett Ranch) and the partner hotels (The Kyriad, Explorers, Vienna Dream Castle, Holiday inn etc.) the bus can also take you to the Disneyland bus station just feet away from the Disney Village, Disney Studios and the park itself. They run approximately every 20 minutes from the airport and it takes around 45 minutes drive to the hotels. This service costs 16 Euros per adult, Children from 3 to 11 years 13 Euros. Transfer is free of charge for children under the age of 3, and you pay for your ticket on the bus (the bus is not really suitable for disables persons). You can contact (0033) 01 72 30 10 25 or take a look at www.vea.fr if you have any queries. Alternatively there are taxis available at a competitive rate to the shuttle bus.

In answer to the rest of your question, it really depends on who you are traveling with and how much you are willing to spend.

If you are traveling with family, especially small children I would recommend either The Santa Fe Hotel (Disneyland Hotel) or the My Travel’s Explorer Hotel (Partner Hotel).

The Santa Fe Hotel – a Mexican themed hotel which is great for families (I first stayed here when I was seven and loved it! I am going back here this year). At the moment Santa Fe is the cheapest hotel to stay at and you can really feel like you are staying in the park! Prices start from just £151!!! Per adult for 3 days 2 nights!!! including breakfast and park entrance for the duration of your stay

There are so many things that make this hotel great for kids.

o The Rio Grande Bar, with karaoke and live singers

o Tex Mex and European specialties on the “Santa Fe market”

o Themed atmosphere with Indian craft industry and Spanish Empire conquistadors.

o Free Shuttle bus to the parks and Disney village, although it is a nice 15 minute walk along the river and past the other themed hotels into the Parks.

o Meet and greet Disney characters and photo opportunities

    o Mexican décor.

o Free entry to Hurricanes Disco in the Disney Village.

Or the My Travel’s Explorer Hotel (Partner Hotel) – a pirate themed hotel just outside the Disneyland Parks it has an indoor swimming pool, 3 restaurants, children’s play areas and 2 games arcades.

Prices Start from £174 per adult again based on two adults sharing for 3 Days 2 nights, including breakfast and park entrance for the duration of your stay

This hotel is particularly great because it tends to be the first (depending on bus routes) drop off on the shuttle bus from the airport and when returning from the parks (on the free 15 minute shuttle bus).

If you are going with your partner only I would strongly recommend the Kyriad Hotel (a partner hotel) – a traditionally French countryside Hotel, it’s newly built and clean! The rooms are spacious; I really can’t fault this hotel! (I and my boyfriend stayed here last Christmas and it is easily the best hotel I have ever stayed in!).

Prices here start from £161 again per adult based on two adults sharing for 3 Days 2 nights, including breakfast and park entrance for the duration of your stay and again there is a free shuttle bus to and from the Disneyland Parks and Village.

I would also STRONGLY recommend that you book your accommodation and flights yourself! It will save you soooooooo much money!!!! (I have just booked to go early February 2008 8 days/7 nights for £750, including breakfast, half board vouchers for 8 days, hopper passes for both parks, Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show, Character meal at the Lucky Nugget Saloon in frontierland, Paris Evening excursion tour and entrance to Hurricanes disco in the Disney Village. And flights only cost me £170).

In my experience 2 days WILL NOT be long enough! I find 4 nights/5 days is the optimum amount of time to go for, remember that the 15 years celebration will be in full swing as they have extended it to now include ALL of 2008! If you are travelling with small children I would recommend tackling one land per day (Main sreet USA, Fantasyland, Frontierland, Discoveryland, and adventureland) and don’t forget Disney Studios! There is also Val D’Europe to explore including outlet shopping mall and Sealife! This is about a ten minute train journey on the RER train A or you can get there for free by getting the free shuttle bus to the Hotel L’Elysee which is just opposite to the shopping centre!

As for opening times of the park, 2008 is yet to be confirmed for opening hours and extra hours (they can open two hours early or late)

A great website to check for opening times is http://www.dlrpmagic.com/ there are forums post questions and chat, times of parades, character meet and greet times and places, reviews and just about everything you need to plan your holiday to Disneyland!

  2. from Beauvais, you take a bus (shuttle) to Paris Porte Maillot (it cost 13€ one wat /by pers.)

In Paris Porte Maillot, you take the Metro (Subway) at Porte Maillot Station, take line 1 to Charles de Gaulle ETOILE (Be careful, don't go to Rossy Charles de Gaulle : it's the Parisian Airport for regular flights) and at Charles de Gaulle ETOILE, you take the RER A to "Marne la Vallée Chessy - Disneyland". It's the last top. The Park is just at one minute by feet when you go outside of the station

About hotel, i don't have any idea... it depends of your budget !
