My favorite site for cheap hotels in Paris is cheap-paris.com.  You can usually find one for 50 Euros/night, sometimes less!  They won't be glamorous at that price, but it won't matter:  If you've never been to Paris before, you'll never be in the room!  There's so much to see and do, you'll resent the fact you even need to bother with sleep.
