Question:

Paris-themed bedroom too young??

I'm planning on redoing my bedroom this summer, but I can't decide what I want it to look like.

I either want it like this bedroom:

With blue walls, zebra-print accents, and kinda of an old-hollywood feel, or I want it to be french-inspired, with lots of pink, black and white.

The bedding would be like this...

The furniture would mostly be white, with one of the side tables black.

2 walls would be white with stencils of the words Paris, Ooh-Lala, and a picture of the eiffel tower, in hot pink, light pink, and black.

And the other 6 walls would be light pink.

So I like both of the room designs, but I like the Parisian one better, cause I like pink and I love Paris.

But when I'm older, like 17 and above, I think it'll be too young for me, and I'll be tired of it.

So which room should I go with as a 15 year old?

  1. I love the blue room.

even if i was 30 i would love that room!

  2. Why do you have to have a themed room?  Isn't 15 a little old to consider themes?  Put together a beautiful room with the colors you like that speaks to a young lady not a little girl who needs a theme.  If you have something that is of particular interest to you put a few pieces of it in the room but do it as a side note not the whole room.  This is a room that will grow with you and say you are an elegant young lady.

  3. It looks cool!

what you pick you should go with it and when u r older u could redecorate.

  4. Go with the blue room; you'll be happier with it longer and it's more relaxing than the pink one you described.
