Paris to rochester bike ride?

hi all, me and my friend are doin a charity bike ride from paris to rochester in kent in august over 4 days . Unlike other charity events we are doin this by ourselves and are trying to plan our routes. we will not be staying in hotels but using our tent.

Is there any websites that can give us information on bike routes and camping sites in france?
