South Korean international and Arsenal forward, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Park-Chu-Young-c29137 has revealed that he plans on sticking around at the Emirates, since there have been no offers for him so far.
The forward was previously linked with a move to QPR, but he has now gone on to reveal that there has been no bid made for his capture, which is why he plans on sticking around at the Emirates.
When talking about his future, the striker is quoted to have said: "There's no progress. There's no offer so I have nothing to consider"
Having made only six appearances for the club last season, many question what the player plans on doing next season. His transfer saw him score one goal in the FA Cup for the team. Apart from scoring that goal, the striker spent most of his time sitting
on the sidelines, just wishing to get a chance to represent the team.
Many feel that it would be wiser for him to leave the club, since he is not going to be able to break into the first team.
With http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Lukas-Podolski-c22896 and Olivier Giroud coming into the squad, Park’s chances of getting a chance to represent the team seem to have diminished.
He insisted that he is focused on the upcoming Olympics and that he would think about his future once the tournament comes to an end.
Park added: "If an offer comes, then I'll consider it. Right now, I don't want to think about Arsenal [as he's focusing on the Olympics]."
He did however go on and hail Park Ji-Sung’s move to QPR as he thinks the former Manchester United player will do rather well at his new club and will be able to get the best out of himself before he ends up hanging his boots for good.
"I didn't know about it, it's Ji-Sung's decision. I believe he'll play well there too," he said.
The way things are shaping up it seems quite likely for Park to end up leaving http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429. Should the player fail to secure a transfer, then he could still leave the team on a loan deal.
