  1. boxs, just 90 on and switch landing off

    rails just sliding them

jumps work on 180's switch 180s, zero spins, and 3's

    work alot of switch

also on bigger jumps your not going to try spins on yet or the pipe work on everything from safety grabs to death grabs

  2. sorry

  3. do not do zero spins, very tough and scary.  also since your new to the park, just start out on boxes.  get going towards the box with it positioned right between the legs, once you get to the top of the kicker jump or pop onto the box, legs spread apart and lean forward, i can not express this enough lean forward!!!! and also go into it with some speed, its easier to grind.  for the jumps, get comfortable in the air, just go flying off the jump.  make sure to land on the landing not on the flat part.  once your comfortable in air (you dont put your hands up in the air, or you just go flying off and you can just fly throught the air without flayling.  once you get that down do some normal grabs, safety, japan, mute, then move to 3's then 3's with grabs and so on

  4. try simple 360s
