Park yobs set fire to trees?

Headline in our Paper today...." Park Yobs set fire to Trees." Yes this is something else they have decided to do . One of our local Parks had trees burnt to the ground, and nearly set fire to a building which is near by, and people were inside having a Meeting. Members inside have said there is nothing but trouble these days as they have had trouble before. What is wrong with these kids today that now they begin to set fires to peoples pleasures, and burn them down. The whole situation with all these evil things that these young people do is getting beyond a joke. The Courts do not give the punishment that fits the Crime these days and so they get away with everything, providing of course if they catch them.

The Police are deliberately kept off the streets by paperwork.
