Parker, Lewis, or McFadden?

Question

I have Willie Parker on my team but Steelers drafted a new Running back and Parker is coming back from a broken leg.

Another guy in league has both Lewis and McFadden on the block since they have same bye week he needs one of them swapped.

Who would be better to try and trade for Lewis or McFadden?

I'd definitely go for Lewis. I'm expecting McFadden to put up Reggie Bush-like numbers without as much impact in the passing game (i.e. not very good).

If this is not a keeper league I would swap 1:1 Parker for Lewis.  I had Lewis last year and he came on very strong.  Parker score less TDs than him as well.  McFadden will at best be a platoon this year on a below avg. team.

I'm assuming you're talking about Jamal Lewis?

I would go with Lewis since I don't anticipate Lewis having to share carries with anyone save for injuries or lack of production.

With the Raiders, McFadden isn't assured of a starting job, with Justin Fargas and Lamont Jordan also chomping at the bit. The Raiders also have a another problem: They don't know what the heck they're doing; with Al Davis and wonder-kind coach Lane Kiffin running some kind of freak circus.

whichever one you can get a 1:1 trade for. i think he'll probably want something thrown in for lewis, but may go 1:1 for mcfadden.

I assume you are talking about jamal lewis.  The browns offense last year was explosive.  Jamal Lewis was in the top 5 for yards.  If you look at just this I would say go Lewis, the problem is that the Browns have a really tough schedule.  The raiders had a decent run game last year under Justin Fargas.  We could only assume that McFadden has more talent than fargas so with that and the fact that the raiders have a weaker schedule i would gamble and go McFadden.  But i think you have a better chance of trading parker for lewis.
