  1. if it makes your entry into your home/drive difficult, why not talk to your neighbor about it and see if you two can come to a solution, he may surprise you and suggest the perfect solution and every ones happy.. If not, try to suggest a solution.

Neighbors have to co-exist, so better to be on good terms... Good Luck

  2. It is an offence to park any vehicle on the road. It is called Wilful obstruction of the highway. This is based on the right of all road users to pass and repass over it. If an obstruction is preventing passage over that part of the road it is an offence. This law, although not enforced to any great degree, and you only have to look at the average housing estate to see that, is still applied where, as in your case a caravan  is preventing you from performing a lawful manouvre. Complain to the local Police. He,s not insured anyway.

  3. The caravan does not have a mot/tax/insurance. So it should not be on the road.  Kindly inform the local police and I'm sure they will be out before you hang up.

My neighbour's car was returned from a garage ( couldn't be repaired) and he was going to work on it.  The garage dropped it off in a car park down the road from him.  Within 12 hours he was told by the police it was going to be towed and he would be responsible and fined!!!!.  Next morning, nothing there he had it towed to the local scrappy.

  4. if i was you, i would call my local police dept and ask them.

afterall they are going to be the ones writing the ticket if you ever end up bumping into him because you cant make it out of your drive !

there's is the only answer that matters really...

  5. But you still can get in and out of your drive? Or is it extremely tricky? He could be obstructing the drive so ask him to move it and if he doesn't then call the police and ask them.

    Or just torch the bugger.
