Parking at PDX on july 4 long weekend?

Hi,

I would like to park my at PDX for 4 days during the long weekend. I will be there at 4am on July 4th. I would like to know whether airport economy parking will be free at that time. There are few private parkings availalbe near by like thirfty, parknfly..

Would these people offer shuttle services to airport as well as pick up?

I doubt very seriously that parking would be free at any time.  All of those off-site parking lots offer shuttles to take you to and from the airport, and they're usually cheaper than the airport itself.  I would recommend that you use one of the off-site lots.
