  1. The IMAX is situated in the middle of a pedestrianised subway, so there is no parking very near. Your best bet is to park somewhere near Waterloo station, which is only a short walk, or towards Borough, which isn't far.

And yes, its going to be expensive to park because its central London....but at least if you are going on a Sunday it should be fairly easy to find a space and the congestion charge doesn't apply.

  2. On Sunday, parking's actually not too bad. Most meters are off-duty, in which case you can park in the metered bay for free (to be certain, do check the operating hours of the particular bay you find.)

There are also several car parks nearby (see map here): http://www.bfi.org.uk/whatson/how_to_get...

And there's no congestion charge at weekends, so you don't have to pay that.  (congestion zone hours here, just for reference: http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/roadusers/cong... )

Are you going to see The Dark Knight? Saw that last Friday at a regular cinema screen. It'd be amaaaaaazing at the IMAX. =D

  3. yes congestion charge and parking. they should be parking space available
