Parking horsebox in own paddock?

can i park my small horsebox in my own paddock next to my own gate away from neighboues boundy 30 -40 meters?

That depends upon your city and/or homeowners association.

Some have rules against livestock, and property rights.

Even if it is allowed, some neighbors will complain about anything.  They move into the country for the view and then complain about the smell of dung.  Or they move near an airport or expressway for convenient trips and then complain about the noise.
