  1. It is not a moving violation and will not appear on your driving record, however, if you do not pay the ticket, the court could suspend your vehicle registration which means that if you're stopped by an officer for any reason, you could receive a moving violation for suspended registration.

  2. it's a violation, just pay it and remember to observe all traffic laws. it could cost you, maybe $135.00 give or take.

  3. For parking violations you do not have to appear in any court, even if you contest the ticket it is done by letter, no actual public appearence is required. and also are you completly sure it is a find for parking in front of the stop sign or is there a sidewalk ramp, fire hydrant, or driveway near that area? you might wanna look at the ticket a little closer, and if you have a question call the department it is from and see if you can talk to whoever is in charge of parking violations.
