  1. Bail and parole are two very different things.

What are you trying to ask?

  2. These are two different things.

Parole comes after a conviction and before the end of a persons full sentence.  They appear before a board which decides whether they've earned the right to limited freedom of parole or if they should remain in prison.

Bail is an assurance of appearance for a person awaiting trial that is forfeit if someone flees the jurisdiction.  Again it depends on the crime, the attitude of the defendant, the means the defendant has to flee the jurisdiction and the defendants past criminal history.

  3. The ones that convince the parole board they are reformed are the ones that get out.
