What needs to change at the Eels for them to turn things around this season?

Get rid of guys like riddell and wagon and start injecting the youngsters.  They seem to make only 30m a set so mateo going to lock is good.  Inu, Hayne and Williams need to get more involved.

I think they need a new coach and new coaching staff.  I've seen the way they play and I don't really like their football but they have the players so it must be coach's

nothing can help plasticine parra same team as last year, they just not playing to their best, simple. look at the raiders play lately maybe they should copy them.

Nothing is going to help them. Last nights flogging by Newcastle would have put severely depleted their confidence. The loss of Burst isn't going to help either. I do think Hagan should start planning for next season.

personally i think their season is over.

the thing i think went wrong with them was the halfs. finch and metao (before he was injured) are great players but their gaming styles didnt interact and they played very different game styles.

metao always took the ball to the line then looked for offloads and finch always just passes or kicked but their was no interaction between the two

reports in todaays paper, the eels could be trying to get rid of up to 3 contracted players,to free up some money, there also talking with Brad Drew's manager in england, they are trying to get him back here for next year!

Parra are a great team on paper. They're a proud club. If you're not willing to turn up and play some good football, which just quietly, we know they can. It's an insult to their fans.
