  1. Not that bad???

    LOL!

You'd have plenty to say if it was my dog barking, though, right?

    Of course.

Have some consideration and respect.  Some people can't tollerate the noise those birds make.

  2. I had this problem for many years!!

My neighbour complaint, about my birds waking her ,but it was pr oven that it was the Wild birds that started singing and calling early in the mornings and not my parrots.

But take care because once some one is out to "Get" you it can be a difficult situation ,so check with your local authorities.

If your birds are kept inside then you could restrict light by putting up automatic shades, controlling the daylight hours

  3. Just make sure none of them are illegal in your state and call the locao animal control or police and ask about noise ordinance. As long as they are not noisy too early or too late you are fine. And 1 lil tid bit you will love to know is that in most states even your local animal control has no jursidiction over exotic parrots only dogs cats ect. They are many rescues who frown on this because it is impossiable to lose a bird to them for abuse or neglect or simply because you have a certain number or noise level. Trust me you can never have enough birds...lol and who cares if they make some noise. I thikn they are beautiful when they do thier morning call.
