Urm..asking if someone could recommend me a parrot small!..COLOURFUL..CUTE..Good abilty to talk!I have alrready chosen grey african parrot but..jus have another choice...!!

African Grey Congo, African Grey Timneh, or Blue Fronted Amazon.

Get a cockatiel.  Especially if this is your first bird.  You need to learn how to handle a bird and take care of it before you get something like a Grey.  Cockatiels can learn to talk and do tricks, and they are less expensive to purchase and maintain.  Please read my profile.
