Oh how I just love METAR analysis. I will answer your question to the best of my ability.

DEW means dew point.

DST is distance I think.

TRACE means origin of something.

MVNG stands for moving, but I'm not sure about 37/99.

RMK stands for remark or remarks. What some of that stuff means is confsuing.

MAX means maximum. 18 is a number for something.

ESTMD stands for estimated.

The rest of it is enough to make someone's head explode.
