Part 2: Barcelona's busy Schedule
The team in that match included the Argentinean star Lionel Messi along with the newly signed Valencia star David Villa. Xavi Hernandez was also included in the team but he couldn’t help the team win that day as well while the newly promoted
side won the match 0-2 at the home of Barcelona, the Nou Camp.
After being a part of a hectic schedule, Barcelona are now going to be a part of a very busy schedule, again, as they are going to be involved in three games in the following eight games. The three games that they have to play involve
their Cup debut on Tuesday which is going to take place in Ceuta, a home league game against Sevilla which is on Saturday and they are going to travel all the way to Denmark as they will be facing the Danish side, FC Copenhagen in their home ground on Tuesday.
The Cup, the League and the UEFA Champions League, all are going to be on the stake next week as Barcelona will be involved in all the three of them. This means that Guardiola’s side is going to be in a training session everyday which
makes it even more tiring for the Spanish players who were involved in the FIFA World Cup and the Spanish national side that was involved in the Euro 2012 qualifiers.
On Monday, the Spanish team is going to report to the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper in the morning at 11 O’clock as they are going to prepare for the Tuesday’s Cup game. Carles Puyol is going to return to this training session as the Spanish
defender and the captain of the team of Barcelona is coming back after a rest day which he is going to take on Sunday. With Puyol coming back on Monday, the other players are even going to be a part of a training session on Sunday as next week is going to
be really tiring for Guardiola’s men.
The first team of Barcelona are going to travel to Ceuta on Tuesday morning at 9:15 am. This trip is going to take place on a plane and the second part of their journey is going to take place on a helicopter. This is for the first time in the history of the
team that they are going to travel on a helicopter. The players that are not going to be a part of this trip are going to train on Tuesday as Guardiola is going to be absent from the training ground nonetheless he is going to be accompanying the team that
is going to travel to Ceuta.
The squad that is going to travel to Ceuta are going to rest on Wednesday and will join the rest of the squad on a training session on Thursday as they are going to get ready for a game against Sevilla that is going to take place on Saturday.
They are also going to travel on Friday at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper at 11 O’clock morning.
The squad is going to be training behind closed doors at their home ground, the Nou Camp in the midday as they are going to get ready for a league match against Sevilla that is going to take place on Saturday at 22:00. On Sunday, the players are again going
to be a part of the training sessions again as they are going to turn their attention towards European football and they will get ready to travel to Denmark and play against the Danish Champions, FC Copenhagen.
