Part # for a 1991 yamaha 70 outboard pressure control valve?

I need a pressure control valve and spring for a 1991 yamaha 70 outboard. The diagram doesn't show the part but it is definately there. I need all the parts needed for installing a new pressure control valve. Spring etc. Where can I get them?

if i am not mistaking Yamaha had a recall on that , you are talking about the power trim & tilt control valve ? if so call your local Yamaha dealer hope this helps;)
