Part themes help!!!!?

im having a 16th birthday party and i need a really good theme that both boys and girls would enjoy. i need something fun but not to expensive

--- Tight & bright dressup - as tight and as bright as you can go, lots of fluro decorations & food, glowsticks.

--- create you're own superhero dressup - great for boys & girls

--- where's wally party - the birthday girl/boy can dress up as waldo & everyone else is wally, hillarious.

--- giant pyjama party - fun fun fun, lots of marshmallows & poptarts

--- "the death of fashion" - dress up in your favourtie fashion mistake ie; bright spandex mini shorts, or harry high pants =P

--- "kids only" - revist your childhood, cupcakes, pass the parcel, fairy bread etc. ^^

you can always try a colour themed or a disco one.
