Part time job for retired agriculture development officer in himachal / delhi / chandigarh?

my husband is a retired agriculture development officer, interested in religious & social works. i want to make him busy so that he can either use his experience to benefit people or persue his hobby of religious works or social activities. can be online job or if outdoors then field should be himachal pradesh / punjab / delhi
