  1. none.

  2. I'm afraid that none of the U.S. will be able to see it. There is a map here http://eclipse.gsfc.nasa.gov/LEplot/LEpl...

but the the U.S. is in the shaded area which means the eclipse can't be seen.

You will have to wait until 2010 when they'll be a partial lunar eclipse on June 26th and a total lunar eclipse on December 21st.

    Edit:

The part of the U.S. which is lit up on the map is the extreme north east, but that area is in the zone where only part of the penumbral eclipse will be visible. Penumbral darkening of the Moon is almost undetectable except for observers in the area fairly close to the umbral zone (the line labelled U4). Even the north east corner of Maine is not close enough to this line for the Moon to appear any different from a normal Full Moon.

  3. No one in the U.S. will be able to view it.

Most of Eastern Europe and Africa, and a large portion of Western and Central Asia and India, will see the entire eclipse. South America, Eastern Asia and Australia will observe part of the event.

We'll have to wait 'til Feb 9, 2009 for the U.S. to see a partial lunar, and that will occur on the East Coast.
