Question:

Particle pollution and eye irritation ?

I live in a city with a VERY high level of particulate pollution. As a result, I'm getting dust into my eyes, which then gets underneath my contacts and causes profound irritation. What can I do to deal with this? Will I eventually "get used to" this situation?

  1. Drops can help, regular cleaning of contacts will help and possibly some extra rinses with saline.  Each person is different, but I believe we naturally accumulate to our environment.

You can always choose to wear glasses instead.
