Hi, I need to know the name of a part for a stringing machine that I have found in my loft. It is the bit that should go on the end next to the long metal sticks with some adjustable weights on it. It doesn't attach to the long metal stick it sort of counter acts it. I don't really know anything about it, and it doesn't say a make on it, it just looks exactly the same as a picture i've found. I know they sell it at Gefen sports. This link will take you to a picture of it,

It's the bit on the far left attached to the cirular bit.

I hope you know what i mean, if not let me know and i'll circle it and send you a photo.

Thanks a lot!

(p.s. if you want to buy it and you live in the north west of england and can drive also let me know!!)

  1. Your question got posted twice and this answer isn't particularly better than the other, but I'm sending you another link to show how the drop weight, also referred to as the tension weight is used for the machine. Good luck in finding someone to buy it. I'm afraid Ebay or something like it is your best bet. It's possible that the weights maybe interchangeable for a number of other models which will make it more useful.

  2. i don't know what they call it. Sorry.
