Party 'bags' ideas?

Question

Me and my best mate are having a joint fancy dress disco for our birthdays (14) and im wondering what to do about party bags. The party is mixed and we dont want ordanary ideas. I was thinking cartons (like chinese takeaway/happy meal) carton boxes but i dont know where you get them from.

there is this place in southgate called oriental chef they cater for parties and they are really tasty

uh oh... I was going to say I saw them at Dollar Tree, but since this for you and your "best mate," I'm assuming you don't live in the USA:) ...  I think Oriental Trading Co. has them (you can order online), and, if not, they have tons of inexpensive decorations & favors....

try looking into a craft store in your area to get the boxes... try getting some disco balls and put them in there.... maybe some beaded necklaces too.. chocolate always works for the ladies so get a good variety...

Ikea do funky little boxes in different shapes, sizes and colours.  Not exactly like the cartons but cool none the less!

take out boxes are all the rage for favors right now

you can find them on ebay or countless other online stores

try filling them with candy and disco favors. mini mirrored balls, peace signs, etc...

oriental trading is great for small favors at cheap prices.

you can get them from a craft store. fill them up with  fortune cookies, mini disco ball key chains, plastic hoop earing for girls....

also have fun big wigs at the party and even tell your friends to bring roller skates
