Party Bus in Toronto! Is it any good?

Ive heard of ppl from kitchener goin on a bus to hamilton to party and i just heard the other day there's a bus goin to toronto march 31.  Apparently it's 15.00..and it's a big party* When you arrive in Toronto...you meet back at the bus at a certain time and they take you back to where they picked u  up. It's a blast from what i've heard but ive never been on the bus for either trip*
