Party Games? Party Theme?

Question

I am a going-to-be 14 year old girl & i am throwing a birthday party for all my close guy & girl friends, 15 people are being invited, but only 12 may show up, and since i am throwing the party, i have to spend money on everything & set it up myself

[boys will be staying til ten & the girls stay the night]

of course i want to keep everyone busy, but I dont know how to do that, i have a pool - so thats a start- there will be water balloon fights, but i have no idea what else to do - how to theme the party or how to stay busy- any ideas?

I think Hawaiian themes are a cool idea for pool parties.

My friends and I just threw a beach party and it was a great success.  We were also turning 14 and had a boy/girl party.  

We had a water balloon fight as well.  It was a great way to start off the party.

-Roasting Marshmallows is always fun

-BLINDMANS LAP BLUFF

While blindfolded, identify the person in whose lap you are sitting.  Or do the same but you have to kiss the person rather than sit in their lap.

-Never Have I Ever

-Twister (Great ice breaker)

-Tug of War

-Truth or Dare (Especially at night)

-Dare or Double Dare (We had a lot of fun with this)

-Marshmallow Game! (OMG so fun! Especially if you do it boy girl boy girl, etc.)

-You could always have some people suck helium and talk strangley...it can make people laugh.

-Pinata  (The boys can get really into this.)

-Balloon toss

i had a hawaiin theme, we played volleyball, got in the pool, played chicken, stuff like icing fights,, and castles :]

Go to the dollar tree dollar store and they have everything to decorate for a luau for cheap.  all the plates, tablecloth, leis, skirts, luau CD. limbo stick, wall decorations, and so much and for a buck a piece only.

Play limbo, get a tropical pinata, play twister.  luau games:

make homemade pizzas with those pizza crusts at the store or roll out pillsbury dough,  Have toppings.  Then later have cake and later have a sundae bar with all kinds of sprinkles and toppings and whipped cream.
