I have two groups of friends, ones of about 8 and the others of about 15, Its my 13th birthday pretty soon and I wanna have two partys, Any ideas for two cheap easy partys that aren't sleepovers or house partys?

  1. well you could go to a park and take a few ballons or you could if you live near a beach go there relax and write happy birthday your name
