Party and present for my wife on her 30th b'day?

Question

My wife 30th b'day is coming in a months time and i have started thinking of doing some special. Please give me some tips as what to and organise a party for her making feel special.

Please advise me on present as well. I am quite confused as what to buy to mark her 30th b'day.

P.S. We havnt got big family here. Just few people if i organise a party and some friends.

my husband did the same thing.  one of my best friends has a birthday the day before mine (she turned 29).  he and my mom organized a surprise party, and he gave me a necklace as a present.  the best part was seeing people.  my mom even had a cake for my friend, too.  just call everyone, and have fun.

The best & sweetest gift my BF ever got me is a ring with 3 birthstones- mine with his & my daughters on either side. He designed it himself. Blew me away.

If she is the type of person who would appreciate a surprise party, then you should throw her one.  If not you could organize a non-surprise party or a dinner.  Ask one of her close friends to help you organize.

As for a gift, most women appreciate a nice piece of jewelery.  It doesn't have to be expensive, just thoughtful.  If you have trouble picking it out, ask her friend to help or sneak one of her favorite pieces to the store and ask them to help pick something out that compliments the style.

Why not scrap the party, and have one on one meal at a very posh restaurant. buy her something different, like a molten brown bath set.

Hi, Is your wife very close to her Family? If so, a Groupe family photo, Are her Mam/ Dad, Still alive? Write or get someone to write a song about your life & sing it.

how about getting a limosine driving out to a lovely restraunt with nearest and dearest family and friends,maybe somewere by beach,or just  really nice place in your local area.

As for present how about areally nice piece of Jewelrey,look on Tiffany ite if you really want to spoil der.

Or maybe book a weekend  away take her on a shopping spree ..

A surprise dinner in a nice restuarant would be nice if there are just a few of you. A good present would be a nice piece of jewellery, or a book her on a spa retreat, so she can have  relaxing pampering, Now i would love that, but you know your wife best so you must think of something she would like. Failing that ask her best friend as she will know!!

If you go out to dinner a lot then how about a home cooked meal or if you eat at home a lot then a nice fancy dinner out with friends.  If you have a party, it can be small and intimate.  Use a theme, like chocolate for example, or whatever she likes, and lots of candles and champagne and good music for a festive mood.  Jewelry is always good but you know her best so just pick something that she can always treasure.
