I would say two bottles should do it, especially if you're serving other drinks and if it's only 2 hours long.

You will get approximately ten margaritas per bottle (average size; providing you're not buying a handle of Aristocrat here) if you follow the traditional 1.5 oz of tequila per 12 oz. margarita.

I would buy four bottles at a minimum and six to be totally safe.  Even if only fifteen people drink margaritas, this allows for refills.  It also allows for anyone who wants just a shot of tequila or a long pour in their drink.
